The Advanced Computing Competence and Visualization Center of the Higher Technical Institute of the University of Lisbon <\/a>(IST-UL) serves as a meeting point for the scientific community associated with IST's High Performance Computing. It is open to research projects upon prior registration and subject to the center's availability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Visualization Center is a unique resource not only for presenting new products and solutions in all sectors of Science, Engineering and Architecture, but also as a tool for collaborative work in Computational Science and Engineering, and in all areas where data and its exploration with tools associated with Advanced Computing are critical.<\/em>\u201d \u2013 Lu\u00eds Oliveira e Silva, full professor in the physics department at IST<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
