About the projects A0 \u2013 Experimental Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Suitable for projects requiring HPC (High Performance Computing) and\/or SCC (scientific) resources and\/or visualization capabilities on RNCA platforms. Recommended for teams with no prior experience or history of using these resources. Maximum limits: 50,000 CPU core-hours or vCPU-hours, 730 GPU-hours, 6 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reserved quota of resources in the competition for these accesses: 5%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to apply for A0 Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Applications must be submitted in English using the appropriate form (see below). The form available on this page is intended for only to applications<\/strong> in the<\/strong> Type A0 \u2013 Experimental Access<\/strong>. For projects with greater resource needs, please consult the other access types available at FCT page<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validation of Applications<\/strong> A0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the end of each batch of submissions, applications in the typology A0 \u2013 Experimental Access<\/strong> will only be subject to administrative validation by FCCN and technical validation by elements of the operational center that manages the selected platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this process, applications will be allocated resources on the platforms. The list of approved projects is organized in order of arrival, from oldest to most recent. If the resource quota (5%) is not exhausted in this batch, new batches of submissions will be opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
