5\u00ba CA Meeting <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 5th Advanced Computing Meeting took place on the days October 22 and 23, 2025<\/strong>, in the University of Aveiro<\/strong>It was a meeting entirely dedicated to the themes of advanced computing, with emphasis on access to national resources, opportunities offered by the National Center for Advanced Computing, and the launch of AI Factories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4th CA Meeting <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 4th Advanced Computing Meeting took place on November 5 and 6, 2024<\/strong>, at the University of Beira Interior, in Covilh\u00e3 and brought together 62 participants, from researchers and experts to representatives of national and international institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event highlighted joint efforts in the development and evolution of national and European advanced computing, and facilitated the exchange of knowledge among participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd RNCA Meeting <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The RNCA 2023 Meeting took place on November 7th and 8th<\/strong>, at the University of Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes and Alto-Douro, in Vila Real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RNCA organizes this annual meeting for users, technicians, and partners to share news about the network, develop the national HPC ecosystem, and provide a meeting point for all those interested in Advanced Computing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2 days were focused on users and the future of RNCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd RNCA Meeting <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

THE RNCA Meeting 2022 <\/strong>was the second event organized by National Advanced Computing Network (RNCA)<\/a>, a collaborative platform managed by the Foundation for Science and Technology, IP (FCT), through the National Scientific Computing unit (FCCN). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event was held in a format 100% in person<\/strong> and took place in the Small Auditorium of LNEC<\/a>, in Lisbon and sponsored by Fujitsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st RNCA Meeting <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

THE RNCA Meeting 2021 <\/strong>was the first event organized for the National Advanced Computing Network (RNCA)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An event 100% online<\/strong> over 3 mornings, organized by FCCN \u2013 FCT unit<\/a> with the support of several RNCA partners. Inspired by the three pillars of the National Strategy for Advanced Computing published in 2019, promoted by INCoDe.2030<\/a> \u2013 National Initiative on Digital Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
