HPCvLAB @ RNCA \u2013 Pilot Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Virtual HPC Laboratory @ RNCA Competence Centers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The HPC Virtual Laboratory \u2013 HPCvLAB \u2013 provides Competence Centers with a package of HPC computing resources for training potential future users and thus developing their skills and mission within the scope of the RNCA and\/or EuroCC2 project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This pilot project uses resources from the INCD and Deucalion operational centers (as soon as they become available).
Five competence centers in Vila Real, Aveiro, Covilh\u00e3, Lisbon, and Faro are partners in this initiative. Interested parties should contact one of these centers and request free access to HPC resources, receiving the necessary support to learn how to use and benefit from these resources. This initiative is aligned with the mission of the RNCA and the EuroCC2 project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration:<\/strong> Pilot Project scheduled until December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Associated resources:<\/strong> An initial allocation of 300,000 CPU core hours or equivalent, with 10 TB of disk space, will be made for each competency center. Each user will be allocated a portion of these resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
