Operational Centers
The Operational Centers provide the user community with HPC, HTC, Cloud and other computing services, particularly in terms of technological capacity.

DEUCALION is a computing platform co-funded by the FCT and EuroHPC and operated by INESCTEC/University of Minho. It is part of a national collaborative infrastructure that promotes and supports Open Science initiatives in supercomputing, data science, and visualization.

The National Center for Advanced Computing / INCD – National Distributed Computing Infrastructure is a digital infrastructure supporting research, approved as part of the FCT's strategic research infrastructure roadmap. This center provides HPC, GPU, and cloud resources on CIRRUS and STRATUS clusters.

The Advanced Computing Laboratory of the University of Coimbra was founded in 2007 to provide high-performance computing resources and services within and outside the University. This center provides HPC and GPU resources on the NAVIGATOR supercomputer.

THE High Performance Computing Center The University of Évora's facilities house and manage advanced computing resources, including the OBLIVION supercomputer, acquired through ENGAGE SKA. The same center houses VISION, a cluster optimized for big data and artificial intelligence.

The Barcelona Supercomputing Center -Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) is the national supercomputing center in Spain and manages advanced computing resources, including the MareNostrum 5 supercomputer. The MARENOSTRUM 5 consortium, led by Spain, was co-financed by Portugal (5%), Turkey (45% shared with Spain) and EuroHPC JU (50%).
